Who are we looking for?
Looking for a PeopleSoft Senior developer who understand the business and domain in and out. Because of his knowledge. BA Liaise with key stakeholders and conduct brainstorming sessions to get exact requirements.
The PeopleSoft should be a one who demonstrates progressive experience delivering valued solutions to stakeholders and breadth of knowledge of delivered system functionality. The PeopleSoft Business Analyst is a functional expert and will be the bridge between business users and development groups while driving delivery of business solutions that leverage technology. The ideal candidate must be inquisitive, detail oriented, and highly motivated, and they must possess excellent communications skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, changing, high pressure environment.

Technical Skills:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in BA Role
• Assisting with the business case

• PeopleSoft Financials
• Accounts Receivable
• Account Payable
• General Ledger
• Purchasing
• Asset Management
• Define and Analyze and Craft Requirements, User stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Previous work experience in a fast paced IT environment utilizng SDLC Methodologies, Agile/Lean (preferred), Waterfall
• Demonstrated Experience in PeopleSoft Financials 9.1/9.2 – Receivables (AR), Payables (AP), General Ledger (GL)
• Some testing experience is desired
• Proficiency with: Wireframes, Mock Ups, Process Mapping, Visio, and MS Office Suite as applicable for the team
• Progressive documented experience integrating business technology in a comparable technical environment.
• Experience in ERP full lifecycle implementations or upgrades is preferred
• Keep abreast of new, emerging or potential alternative solutions to meet business needs
• Business analysis skills: business case development, business process design, application usability and structured testing
• Technologies – Peoplecode, Core JAVA, C, PL/SQL
• Databases – Oracle 10g,11g, MY SQL etc
• Tools/Platforms – People Tools 8.54-8.57 ,Classic Plus, Fluid, PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 , PeopleSoft FSCM 9.0-9.2, Oracle SQL Developer, Workday GMS/Config Tenant-22

Process Skills:

• Should have good development experience
• Should be able to work out of BRS, User Manual and Test Cases
• Create assets for development
• Domain knowledge-Logistic/Pricing

Behavioral Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent organization and time management skills
