Able to generate lead and close the requirements on time.

Able to fulfill the requirement of clients.

Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

Screening resumes

Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

Administering appropriate company assessments

Following up on the interview process status

Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

Able to make calls on daily basis and generate lead as per process requirement.
