• Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate all of The Kiran Anjali Project current programs in India to achieve our mission, including our Plus2 Scholarship Program and KAP Launch.

• Review and evaluate new projects and existing partner project grant applications. Prepare a report for the KAP board.

• Research, identify and conduct due diligence on prospective grantee partners according to The Kiran Anjali Project and U.S. IRS guidelines.

• Conduct site visits and maintains on-going relationships with current and prospective grantee partners to ensure successful program implementation.

• Communicate with grant applicants and serve as The Kiran Anjali Project’s principal contact with our grantee partners.

• Prepare regular reports on program activities and impact as needed.

• Support the development and execution of other Kiran Anjali Project visits including donor visits.

• Assist with travel documents and arrangements for sponsored student visits to the USA.

• In conjunction with the Kiran Anjali Project, develop and implement additional programs to achieve our mission, including the development of gender equity curriculum.

• Develop and manage relationships with like-minded foundations, corporations/ corporate social investment organizations and NGOs in India that support similar work and/or our grantee partners.

• Work with the Kiran Anjali Project Executive Committee, interns, and staff to support and develop media for communications and fundraising activities, including providing written and visual information, grant proposal content, updates about student and partner program activities.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the gender equality, education, and female empowerment field in India, keep current on issues and trends in the field and provide updates as needed to Kiran Anjali Project Executive Council and staff.

• Maintain clear and timely records.

• Participate and coordinate the Kiran Anjali Project supervision and committee calls as requested.

• Facilitate quarterly reporting documentation from partner programs including bookkeeping reports, annual audits, media requests, annual student updates, impact data, and annual grant applications with supporting documentation.
