Soft skills like Process Management, Program Management and Change Management skills critical Qualifications Required Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the Retail, CPG and Travel industry and/or as a consultant to the industry. Experience in Tier 1 or Retail, CPG and Travel specific consulting firm as a Principal/Associate Partner or above.
