JOB DESCRIPTION – For Technicians
• Must have experience in Inspection, trouble shooting, installation,testing & repairs maintenance, fire detection and alarm systems, exist lights and burglar alarm, at least 60% must be in a supervisory position.
• Calibration of gas detectors using required sample gases with safety precautions.
• Must be well versed in NFPA, NEC, Building Safety etc. standard codes.
• Fire Protection –mechanical systems like deluge/Foam/automatic sprinkler/Fire pumps knowledge is added advantage.
• Must be conversant with leading fire alarm industry equipment such as Notifier ,Honeywell, Simplex, Siemens XLS certified Engineer.
• Responsible for managing assigned installation and maintenance jobs, supervising technicians on site.
• Must be able to read drawings/diagrams and can identify all fire detection and alarm system component parts.
• Shall be at Vendor Trained from any major fire alarm manufacturer to Operate & Maintain addressable & conventional fire alarm system.
• Report writing on findings, recommended maintenance/up gradation recommendations.
JOB DESCRIPTION – For Engineers
• Must have experience in administrative & supervisory working experiences, dealing with inspection, test & maintenances of Fire protection System at Heavy industries.
• Shall have computer literacy with Fire alarm system programming knowledge like SIEMENS, Honeywell, Notifier, Edwards etc..
• Must be capable to train & lead the technical team at site.
• Familiar with NFPA, ASTM, ASME, Building Safety etc. standard codes.
• Familiar of Personal Safety standards at Heavy industries while working at site & knowledge of PPE.
