Position Description- Pharmacy Manager (Junior)
Location: Khadki, Pune
Roles and Responsibility: –
• Managing patient enquires whether generated online or through walk in
• Manage inventory for both sales and rental of products on the in-house inventory management system
• Follow up with patients on their needs and pending payments/contract renewals as required
• Follow up on leads generated through online portals, on ground sales team in a timely manner to ensure high client satisfaction
• Ensure proper and timely recording of all types of transactions — purchases, sales, journal entries etc
• Manage daily procurement and determine ways of reducing purchase costs
• Work with accounts team to manage cash, creditors, suppliers as required
• Work with sales and delivery team to manage physical inventory
• Support in product listing management on company’s owned online sales portals
Skills & Competence: –
Must Have
• Strong communication skills especially in Marathi, English and Hindi
• Very comfortable with working with computers — IT applications such as Tally, MS office, Excel
• Qualified as D Pharm or B Pharm with at least 2 years of experience in a pharmacy/ hospital pharmacy (preferred)
• Desire to be successful in sales and store management
• Persistent and with a strong, honest work ethic
• Willing to work hard to achieve results
• Can do attitude to help in achievement of sales target
• Person should be able to travel as required on two-wheeler
Preferred:
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Must be from pharmacy sales/service background.
