Job Description:
• Delivery Manager would be a Key element in our Service Delivery and Client Engagement activities in IT Staffing business.
• Person would independently manage one or more client and will work as Single Point of Contact.
• She would be responsible for ensuring that we provide best possible fulfilment support across geographies.
• She would manage client relationships and will ensure consistent flow of business demand.
• Person would be responsible to manage client escalation, team management and business transactions.
Candidate Profile:
• Person should have 7 – 12 years of experience in IT Recruitment and IT Staffing in industry, preferably catering to mid and large size companies.
• Should have 6+ years of experience in DOMESTIC IT Recruitment industry
• Client management and fulfilment experience is must.
• Person should have managed a fulfilment team of not smaller than 8
people.
• Ready to travel for client location twice in a month.

Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Working days: Monday to Friday; 2nd and 4th sat off
Person should have her own laptop/ desktop with internet connectivity.
