1. Resolving customer queries over Voice, Email and Chat
2. Ensure Zero compliance issues in terms of call quality
3. Conduct activities and plan strategy to bring improvement in the teams assigned
4. Should be flexible with rotational shifts
5. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
Skills Required:
1. Minimum 1-2 years of Proven track record of International cold calling experience
