Support end to end HR service delivery
Support end to end recruitment process
Induction and assimilation of the new joiners
Employee Confirmation, Performance Management, and Appraisals
Employee Grievance and counseling
Conduct regular employee connect sessions to understand their concerns and implement an action plan to address them
Focus on supervisory enablement activities
Plan and execute engagement activities for the location
