1. To make flight reservations & ticketingr r 2. To process re - issuance/ cancellation/ refund of air ticketsr r 3. To process special service requests.r r Minimum 1 year of travel related experience as counter staff either with a travel agency, an airline back office, or an airline issuing international tickets.r r Working knowledge of CRS (Amadeus)r r Willing to work in 24*7 shifts.
