Duties include (but are not limited to):
r 1. Reports directly to the Master
r 2. Oversees the Environmental Compliance of the ship
r 3. Uses a direct line of communication with the Director Environmental (OLCM)
r 4. Periodically checks that the ship fully complies with the procedures of Carnival Global
r HESS-MS
r 5. Has unrestricted access to all areas onboard, unless otherwise precised in ENV1008
