Banking Process- Handling HNI Customers
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Provide banking assistance to the existing HNI customers.
2. Build relationship with allocated customer base.
3. Act as single point of contact and provide banking operation service through voice or Email interactions.
4. Identify customer need and pitch for banking products. (CASA, Loans, Cards, Insurance, Mutual fund, Demat, Securities, Etc)
