Excellent command over English language- written and spoken. In depth understanding of grammar, and deliver grammatical concepts to children with finesse. Should have a decent accent. should be able to deliver concepts- phonetic, grammar, vocabulary. should be patient, gentle and have a pleasing personality. fluency with computers and flip classrooms will be an added advantage.
