Step 2: Select ‘India’ geography & next click on ‘Experienced Professionals’ tab

Step 3: Click on ‘Login’ and go to link ‘Register with us (For New Users)’ and create your profile by filling in the details. (Please select area of interest as ‘BPO’)

Step 4: You will get the EPCN number & Password to your personal e-mail ID

So what is the eligibility criteria?

• Masters in Commerce / Bachelor in Commerce / CA Inter / ICWA Inter
• 4+ years of experience in core FP&A process
• Strong knowledge in capital budgeting, standard costing & ratio analysis.
• In-depth understanding of financial statement, cash flow statement & balance sheet interpretations
• Strong interpersonal & Presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills required in both written & oral communications in English.
• Proficiency in MS office skills particularly in excel, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in ERP & reporting tools like Hyperion (Essbase / HFM)
• Innovative and analysis skills are required to deal with complex data, identify discrepancies and suggest for cost saving opportunities.
• Flexibility to work in various shift hours

1. Candidates who have attended the interview process with TCS in the last 6 months will not be eligible

2. Should not have more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment (If yes, should be for a valid reason)

3. Should be available for face to face interview

4. Flexible to work in night shifts
