• Manage Agile Product Development
o Define yearly plan aligned with ServiceNow releases
o Produce and communicate Quarterly Roadmap
o Manage incoming demands aligned to Roadmap
o Deliver monthly releases
• Structure and manage development and Product Owner teams
o Permanently monitor and adjust team organization
o Align with sister organization developing on the same platform
o Build interlock and strong working relationships with all Atos internal Organizations
• Support Pre-sales team for:
o Managed Services deal that will run on Global Instance
o Customer dedicated implementations
o Run Pre-sales Webinars
• Manage Solution cost of ownership
o Simplify platform
o Reduce and avoid customizations
o Define build v.s. Buy strategy when ServiceNow is too expensive (ITOM)
• Manage relationship with ServiceNow Account executive
o Actively participate to Design Partner Program
o Provide visibility on business opportunities ramp-up plans
• Drive the transformation towards Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment
o Implement automated testing framework
o Drive development towards Scoped Application
o Automate deployment and Rollback
• Support other areas of Atos, specifically
o Provide support to Account Delivery Teams and Atos Exec for escalation
o Support the strategic growth of Engage ESM through sharing of opportunities for new business and revenue growth
• Manage People development into new roles and technologies in alignment with GTS strategy and technology roadmap. Establish a culture of permanent (self-)learning. Manage the redeployment in case of profile not fitting.
• Perform/drive the necessary improvement, optimization and offshoring for the team and solution.
• Handle the financial responsibility for the team and deliver to budget
In addition to the Shared ServiceNow instance, over time the responsibility could grow towards a Service Development Hub that will deliver solution for Managed Service Delivery, and for customer dedicated instances. Build IP and components for be sold to customers and re-used internally.
Primary Skills and experience:
• At least, 15 years of proven experience in leading team and management of change.
• Experience of IT Service management/Service management Tools in Outsourcing companies
• Good technical judgment. As part of his/her experience should have had some performed development.
• Ability to enter in the detail and contents when required to have the proper judgement of the situation.
• Project management experience.
• Financial and commercial management: delivering to a budget.
• Proven influencing / leadership / motivational skills and experience in managing staff.
• Experience of working with multi-cultural teams based on and off-shore distributed resources
