The openings for which we are currently recruiting are:
• Function as a member of small and medium d IT
projects, representing multiple infrastructure platforms
• Adhere to core Information Technology Systems Management (“ITSM “) principles including change management, incident, and problem management
• Possess and display expert skills in the technical troubleshooting, customer service, and communication
• Familiar with job scheduling platforms, specifically IBM Workload Scheduler
• Deployment of software using a variety of tools (e.g. self- extracting archives, file copy, Symantec GSS/Altiris DS
• Strong working experience on secure file transfer protocols on Windows and Unix environment
• Demonstrate an increasing ability to apply the generalized systems administration and DevOps skill set
Capable of supporting Continuous Integration and Continuous processes utilizing tools such as Jenkins, VSTS or Puppet
