Job Description Monitors system logs and activity on servers and devices Reviews and audits execution logs and statistics and escalates issues appropriately Monitors the execution of batch jobs and scheduled backup jobs Schedules the release of new sessions or workflows, Hive scripts, Unix scripts, Database objects (oracle, Hive) Manage and coordinate data sources account required for various data integration jobs Schedules upgrades to the system and application software Ensures that work instructions are followed Monitors data integration processes for performance Monitors data integration components to ensure appropriate storage and capacity for daily volumes Follows pre-defined processes and procedures for addressing and escalating issues. Collaborates with other departments (i.e., System Administrator) to identify and resolve issues. Analyze incidence received and provide L1 and L2 support, assign to L3 team or coordinate with stakeholders |
