– Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.

– Able to interact with customers via chat, should be able to answer servicing questions.
– Able to work in night shifts (US).
Qualification:
Graduate and Postgraduates freshers and experience can apply.
Undergraduates with minimum 6months of BPO experience can apply.
