Qualification & Experience

• University Degree (Preferable in Technical Discipline)

• Minimum 15 + years of work experience in Process Industry, Project  Management/ Site Operations

• Reports to Project Manager

• Manage & Lead Site Operations.

• Scope of Work is limited to project specific site activities of DCS Cabinet Installations, Commissioning, Cable Tray Laying, Cable Laying, work planning, Billing Targets & Formal Communication to Customer.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

Work Planning

• Scheduling/ Planning the Site Activities for Sub-contractor & Engineers

• Team Building

• Achieving Billing Targets by in time clearances & Monthly Running Account Bills from customer

• Submission of Progress Report Fortnightly

• Ensure proper Material storage & utilization of Material & Resources at site

• Approval of Measurement Sheets of Site Contractor on Monthly basis

• Ensure compliances to Safety at Work sites & statutory requirements as per Labor Law.

• Verifying ESIC & PF payments by Sub-contractor & Timely Gate Pass renewals

• Track Work Quality

• Ensure safe work & material storage conditions

• Attending MRMs – Monthly Review Meetings with customer & PMC

• Ensure timely collection of payment

• Ensure compliances to safety norms & retention of related documentation/ records until Site Handover

Asset Management

• Inventory Management

• Managing Accounts, Receivables, Overdue & Liquidated Damages

• Maintain the site drawings & design documentation records, Letter Correspondences (Inward & Outward) for all important, key & formal communications

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills in English, Hindi & Local Languages (optional)

• Strong Leadership Skills

• Action Oriented with strong customer focus

• Basic Skill & Knowledge in Engineering & Management

• Understand Site Management

• Ability to negotiate & manage customer expectations

• Ability to manage the site execution cycle up to Handover & receipt of OCR Be able to interact with customer, convince & manage expectations

Supervision:

• He will lead team of approx. 10 Employees & 25 – 30 Sub-contractor’s Employees

• Reporting to – Project Manager

• Fixed Term Contract with client

• Managing Executions at Minimum Two Different Site Locations in parallel

Relationships:

• He will have to build & enhance relationships internally & with customers, vendors, Factory/ Back office support functions
