Key responsibilities:
- You will be doing end-to-end recruiting of external candidates, including proactive sourcing, interviewing and salary negotiations
- You will be a partner to the business leaders on all recruitment related matters
- You will be responsible for generation and management of a strong candidate pipeline through creative resourcing through various channels.
- You are responsible for management of internal ATS system
