Job Description

Visual custodian of EBOs within the Zone:Ensure the basic VM & Hygiene is maintained at all times in line with 5 senses manifestation of Retail Visual Presentation
Product presentation (folds, stacks, nos. pcs / stack or hang) and maintenance as per given specs.
Ensure Lifestyle element, wardrobing comes to life through In store displays through brand right styling, product handling and upkeep.
Thorough monitoring and recommendations for upkeep of the infrastructure with necessary help from Reg VM, Projects and Franchisee – – Lighting, AC, Visuals & Signs, Fixtures, Cash tills & trial rooms, show windows, mannequins, music,
Ensure periodic training on Brand guidelines, seasonal guidelines and Styling is conducted for Regional & In store teams.
Monitoring of walk-ins and conversions pre and post Campaigns instore and facades.Compliancy of planograms / Seasonal focus
Generate and align planograms for impactful displays.
Ensure that the stores are updated and maintained in line with the planograms proposed for the season by the given date
Align for the necessary navigation callouts for the season in-store for season start. Navigation to be present at all doors.
Capture learning s and pass to Reg VM for integrationTimely implementation of window / promo
Ensure that the given windows / promos are implemented by the given date across the regions
100% compliancy to the given concept and cost
Monitoring of walk-ins and conversions pre and post changes on shop floor and facades
Capture learning s and share with Retail, Marketing & regional VM teams for integrationVM Audits
Ensure all the stores in the zone are equipped with VM Daily Checklist and VM Assessment Forms.
Regular store visits across regions followed by report out to Marketing & BE leads.
Share feedback on the store audits with a clear plan to make revisions with regional VMs.
Assist and ensure all the stores get the minimum of 95% rating on all counts of Mystery Shopping Audit
Gauge the effectiveness of efforts on the shop floor by tracking sales of aligned campaigns & focus stories that have been called out in the displays
New Stores
Monitor receipts of VM elements and escalate to Reg VM if need be
Ensure the VM elements are received and stored safely until implementation
Work with Franchisee in getting the stock ready for display post GR-IN at the time of launch
Prep the stocks as required for display with help of floor staff
Receive, understand and formulate a plan for implementation of planograms
Successfully implement planograms with help of floor staff while giving them cues on DOs and DONTs
Thoroughly guide and follow up with periodic visits to the stores as per PJP
Reporting
Report to BE lead on a monthly basis on the implementation through necessary documentation photos
Document learning and issues if any faced in the zone and escalate to Regional VM for corrections.
Document expenses incurred for the zone and report along with necessary documents

Travel Required (%): As requiredEducation: Graduates of Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, Design | background
Experience:
7-9 years of relevant experience with Branded organization with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Corel Draw and other Design Operations.
Must have 6 – 8 years of experience in design | implementing retail design of communication and product presentation
Must be able to handle sourcing from for across a vast geography
Highly experienced in handling vendors, contractors and agencies along with thorough knowledge of materials and rates
Should be a good team player in handling people across the functions
Highly Adaptable, self driven, self managed
Planning, Organizing, Controlling, and scheduling all the activities efficiently.
Adapt and implement retail graphic concepts that are strategic and visually appealing.

Critical Skills- Agile & flexible, must be able to multi task and deliver on priority.
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
– Understand the brand & enhance Brand equity through great shopping experience, adapting & designing retail design elements.
– To ensure Brand is reflected in design of each of the brand elements. Drive & Manage the design, adaptation of given visual elements.
