Experience in the Project Coordination, Installation &Commissioning, Maintenance of Air Condition Industries
Construction & technical support on site and installation of mechanical, electrical & instrumentation systems: HVAC System (Chillers unit, Packaged Unit, Split Unit, Air Handling Unit, and Ducting.), Fire Fighting System, Water Pipelines, Water Pumps, Cooling tower etc.
Procurement of project material, coordination and follow up with the suppliers, vendors for the various projects. Arrangement with QA/QC for material inspection, preparation of IMIR and maintain the inventory.
Commissioning experience involves in pre commissioning, commissioning & testing, handover of the systems of HVAC Building services facilities etc.
Responsibilities in include Finalization of work scheduling and planning of supervision
Erection, testing and commissioning of HVAC system.
Successfully handling all sites related activities like Material Procurement, Contractor Finalize for the job execution, Job related meetings with Client, Architects and Consultant, Job quality control as per approved drawings and tender specification and modification as per site condition, and finally collect the payments.
Preparation of material documents, Execution Procedures, Method Statements and Erection Check lists, Pre Commissioning & Commissioning procedures & checklist, Turnover packages and Handing over procedure Preparation of Preventive Maintenance schedule, Operation, Maintenance, Training Manuals and Spare Part list for the project. Coordinating & conducting Site Training to operation & maintenance personnel
