Roles and responsibilities :
§ Supporting the research team on day-to-day research tasks
§ Improving the research team workflow to increase efficiency or improve quality
§ Supporting with the training and coaching members of the research team
§ Integrating technical developments into daily workflow
Experience and qualifications
Essentials:
§ An academic degree (Bachelors, preferably a Masters) in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, Business Administration, Social Sciences or similar;or equivalent industry experience [0+ years]
§ Proven research skills – as part of a university project or examples of workplace experience
§ Excellent computer skills and knowledge of advanced search methods
§ Excellent knowledge in relevant sector
Key skills :
§ Driven and enthusiastic team player
§ Capable of working under time pressure
§ Able to adhere to tight and variable deadlines
§ Reliable and well-organized worker with attention to detail
§ Flexible in terms of working hours and days – starting at 4am or at the weekend
