ELIGIBILITY:
• Experience : 3 to 10 years
• Qualification: Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering
• Working Days:6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
• Number of openings : 2
– Experience is labour sourcing and handling.
– Experience in Residential Apartment and Villa projects independently.
– Experience in finishing work.
– Assign, Co-Ordinate and supervise work at project site.
– Provide schedules for workers .
– Assign tasks to each team of workers, and monitor hourly progress.
– Liaise with contractors, Managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain co-ordinated .
– Coordinate with Architects and other Consultants for drawings, BOQ’s, and work Schedule.
– Organizing the materials and manpower necessary to complete the project.
– Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards.
– Create MIS Reports on BOQ, Work Progress.
