Experience in piping stress analysis of ASME BPVC Section III Class 1, 2, 3 and ASME B31.1 piping systems using PIPESTRESS (PEPs) or CAESAR II.

Experience in performing pipe stress analysis for high and moderate lines of small/large bore piping lines.

Perform static analysis for deadweight, thermal and general pressure loading conditions.

Perform static and dynamic seismic analysis for ASME Section III, ASME B31.1 seismic category piping and Non-seismic piping.

Perform hydrodynamic analysis (includes time history analysis) for valve closures, relief valve actuation and safety valve discharge.

Perform stress analysis of piping systems that involves hydro test, wind/tornado loads, snow/ice loads and sloshing.

Qualification of equipment nozzle loads as per load combinations given in equipment specification.

Perform calculations in selection of Expansion joint (Metallic and Non Metallic).

Providing required load combinations for support designs and reanalyzing the piping based on the support recommendations.

Offers design solutions (piping reroute, reconfiguration of supports etc.) in order to satisfy the pipe stress criteria.

Selection of spring hangers, snubbers, struts for pipe supports.

Preparation of stress calculation report in accordance with the client requirement.

Soft Skill and Other Requirement:

Shall be a team player and should have high desire for learning new skills.

Should have good (oral and written) communication skill in English.

Work experience in foreign countries or for foreign clients is an added advantage.

Should have valid Indian Passport
