* Responsible for End to End recruitments involved in full recruitment cycle across all
levels and various skills.
* Responsible for End to End recruitments involved in full recruitment cycle across all
levels and various skills.
* Responsible for Sourcing and recruiting talent.
* Ensure that sourcing processes are effective, recommend and implement process
improvements.
* Effective use of various modes of Sourcing like Employee Referrals, Head Hunting,
Posting on Job Portals & Portal Search, .
* Follow-ups with the candidates as well as clients .
Eligibility:
* Min Graduate /MBA(HR) / BSC(IT) / BBA(HR)
* Excellent Communication skills
Experience : 0 to 1 Year
