What should you do?

-To be great in this role the candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, get the job done and work as a team.

– Identifying and sourcing suitable candidates for assigned requirements being at clients location

– Sourcing candidates using recruitment tools

– Screening & short listing resumes/ candidates and submit the same

– Proficient usage of professional and social networking tools for sourcing candidates

– Adherence to process and SOP

– Resume formatting & submission.

– Co-ordination for interview with Panel, Take Feedback

– Manage Client and candidates @Onsite

– Follow up till joining
