Job Description:

1.Providing Voice support to Internal and External End Users. The job will require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.

2.Remote Infrastructure support

3.Perform problem cause analysis

4.Resolve customer queries & achieve customer delight.

5.Ability to Identify Opportunity & Implement Process Improvements

6.Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis.

Desired Skills:

o Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts

o Sound Knowledge on Operating Systems & MS Office

Basic Knowledge

Linux,Windows,Database&Storage

o Good Communication Skills(Neutral English-Mandate)

o Any Graduate or PG’s (Min 15 years of Education required/No Backlogs)

o Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts

Experience required : 6 Months to 6 years (Max)

Compensation: 7Lac + incentives
