• Processing high Value Claims (Claims above 1 lac)

• Handle Insurance Audits with respect to Departments

• Handle Rejection Cases/Shortfall file closure/Network Rejection

• Relationship with Team Members/Insurance Companies/Data Entry Vendors

• Providing the Quality services by keeping the minimum TAT.

• Updating the new medical terms & condition as per the policy.
