JOB DESCRIPTION
1. To maintain staff & workers record of Bio-data.
2. Joining formalities of staff & workers & related documents to be collected.
3. Record keeping and data entry.
4. Account opening of new joinee’s
5. PT, PF & ESIC payments and record keeping of challans.
6. Recruitment & Resourcing (INTERNAL & EXTERNAL)
7. Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
8. Managing the payroll functions of all employees.
9. To present salary report every month.
Good knowledge on Excel ,ESIC,PF MANDATORY
