Job Responsibilities:
• 1-3 Yrs. of full cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, and interviewing, screening and placing personnel
• Strong experience in recruiting H1B/Ead/H1Transfers/Gc/U.S Citizens Lead generation.
• Understanding the client requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates
• Dealing with consultants on H1Bs, Gcs and Us Citizens, etc.
• Should be comfortable with all tax terms.
• Keeping Track of Responses & amp; Short-listing Profiles.
• Identifying the right candidates by searching jobsites, internal database and referrals.
• Work on different technical requirements of company major clients.
• Sourcing, Submissions, negotiate salaries, scheduling interviews, extend offers, explain benefits, etc.
• Should have worked on Job portals like Dice, Bull horn and Monster etc and Social Networking sites like Linkedin, Face book, Twitter etc.
• Strong communication skills are a Must.
