We are in the midst of a bulk hiring / ramp up for web chat resources in Mumbai.
Qualifications :
HSc fresher & experienced.
Graduate fresher & experienced.
Experience from any Stream.
Salary : 15k to 27k Inhand
(basis experience & docs + incentives upto INR 2900, depending on Performance)
Role – Web-Chat / Email for Logistics Process.
Shift Timing – 1Pm to 4.30 am (any 9 hrs and 5 days working with 2 weekly offs, may be split).
The staff will provide web chat based customer service support to the end clients. (Non-Voice Process)
Criteria:
*Excellent communication skills (both written & spoken English). Candidates with good English comprehension & writing skills.
*Working with BPO’s in web chat or voice process are most welcome.
*Compensation will be commensurate to their current salary and experience
