Guard will be in proper haircut, duly and daily shaving, neat and clean appearance, uniform always clean and ironed and clean shoes.
He will perform his duty well as assigned by his supervisor/area officer.
He will perform his duty politely, cooperatively but firm on the checking duty assigned to him.
He will not allow anyone to enter without the procedure given to him by the management and will not compromise with any staff working inside.
He will not allow any material to take out without proper gate pass.
He will not leave his duty place without releasing even after his duty time is over.
In case of emergency he will perform double duty as directed by his supervisor or AO.
In case of fire outbreak, he will become the part of firefighting team and will get its training carefully when it is provided by the company.
He will not participate any union/strike at site.
He will not be on duty during his illness and after consuming liquor.
In case of any call from HO, he will provide all required information being asked from him regarding his duty/site.
