We are working as per US based timings this is a 24×7 process with no fixed week off.
Willing to work in shifts including graveyard shifts.
5 days working with 2 rotational week offs.
Female Candidates will be given shift according to workable train timings. (No transport will be provided)
You will be on probation for first 3 months depending on the performance we will get your confirmation done.
There will be no leaves provided (except for week off) during the probation period.
The candidate should be able to understand the client’s complaints and work upon resolving them.
The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of the customer.
Candidate should have good client servicing skills
Fluency in English is must.
Candidate has worked in International process will be preferred (Mostly US)
Immediate joiner will be preferred.
If Candidate is not from Mumbai and ready to relocate will be provided Share based accommodation in Mumbai by our company.
Pan card & Adhar Card are Compulsory.
