The candidate will work as part of the FANUC team to build and support applications to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the CRM business function. This role will participate in design, development, testing and support of CRM applications and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:-

1) Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support high quality business solutions on CRM platform

2) Work with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive delivery of solutions and meet service levels

3) Coordinate with other developers and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions.

4) Work closely with various IT and business stakeholders to drive and/or facilitate development of requirements, specifications, and use cases for assigned projects.

5) Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design.

Desired Candidate Profile

1) Microsoft Dynamics certified

2) Hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.) is needed to be successful in this position.

3) Strong understanding of cloud implementation, awareness/knowledge with PaaS/IaaS cloud-native applications.

4) Experience in developing Dynamics custom workflows, plug-in creation, and creation of custom integration solutions with third-party vendors

5) Experience with C# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services, and the CRM SDK is preferred.

6) Experience extending Dynamics CRM workflows using .Net components.

7) Experience in implementing CRM integrations to other systems using web services.

8) Very Strong .Net and JavaScript skills.

9) 3-5 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cloud product required

10) Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or Engineering discipline.
