End to End Recruitment (Mid management & Lateral)
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Collaborating with hiring managers to create job ads for current openings.
Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications given.
Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone & face-to-face round, first-round and second-round interviews
Report to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
Performing reference and background checks.
