3 years experience in shipping and logistics – Job Profile Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Audit and Assessment
Responsible for overall Review & Reports for HO and branches.
Monitoring and Interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
Formulating strategic and long-term business plans.
Negotiation skills with banks for short-term and long-term credit / loans / OD renewal.
Responsible for MIS and Annual Budgeting.
Handling Taxation matters like TDS,GST,PF and PT filing returns, updated Knowledge of amendments in GST
Knowledge of Income Tax Scrutiny matter.
Payroll accounting.
Fund Management.
Liaising with Statutory authorities, banks, Auditors for Internal Audit and Finalization of accounts.
