Primary Responsibilities:
– Recruitment of Agent/Advisor
– Business generation through agents
– Planning and driving the local scheme and engagement program for Agents
– Ensuring the agent productivity and activation
– Training and agent life cycle management
– Brand development by conducting road shows
– Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction
– Ensuring meeting of the targets month on month basis
Eligible Profile:
– Minimum Graduate
– Should have 2 years or more experience in Agency Sales
– Candidate should be from Life/Health Insurance Industry (Agency vertical). We are also open to hiring a resource from BFS Sector who is cross-selling Insurance or M.R. from Pharma Industry.
– A locality from the respective city
