Job Description:
Source and identify the right technical talent across all available platforms including online, offline, consultants, etc.
Own end to end recruiting for Product Managers, FrontEnd Engineers, Backend Engineers, Data Scientists, QAs, Designers, Engineering Managers, Product Marketing Managers etc.
Manage the recruiting process including interview coordination, offer negotiation and closing
Be an efficient first level filter for the sourced pipeline
Work closely with Marketing to position the company as a leading technology brand which the best engineers want to be a part of
Develop long term personal relationships with prospective candidates and technology leaders
