– At least 02 -12 years of Strong lead experience in Core T24 Support / Development
– Methodological approach in Business Analysis / Requirements
– Strong experience in handling requirement related to Retail / Private Wealth / Cash Management
– Focus on more complex functional problems, generally without day-to-day supervision or direction
– Good understanding of T24 parameterization & functional knowledge
– Take a lead role in ensuring the contribution of others and coordinate with offshore and client
– Provide guidance and advice to less experienced consultants in case of complex functional issues
– Demonstrate strong Stakeholder Management Skills with all contacts
– Excellent understanding of T24 Core Banking modules gained in implementation / support projects
– Exposure to Mismatch Analysis, GL Difference Data Correction Procedures is added advantage
– Able to articulate T24 Concepts to Stakeholders and manage Stakeholders Expectation
– Lead and ensure project is in compliance with in the SLA and do Defect management
– Serve as the single point of contact for the team to the project stakeholders
– Lead the customer interface for the project on an everyday basis, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated
– Hands on Experience with handling interface requirement is added advantage
– ME Implementation / Support / Upgrade experience is added advantage
