Job description
You will be responsible for the following roles.
Main task role / task
– Analysis, basic design planning, execution support, etc. to optimize global supply chains (sales, supply and demand, production, inventory distribution, etc.)
Qualification requirements
MUST
– Those who have experience in SCM reform projects in sales, supply and demand, production, and distribution areas (in particular, those who have experience in the basic concept phase, PoC (feasibility verification) phase, solution selection, and RFP preparation phase)
– Systematic knowledge of solutions and future visions in the above areas from both business and system perspectives
Common condition
– Documentation (mostly PowerPoint enables you to understand and visualize work processes and concepts)
– Person who can give a presentation (can be explained by 20 people, Q & A), paper
– Facilitation (can lead the meeting to director / executive level)
– Negotiation ability / Relationship building ability (Negotiate as a team representative to the manager / officer level)
– Sales force (In the case of hiring with managing consultants, sales ability such as acquiring new customers is also required)
– Japanese native level (level that can perform tough negotiation in Japanese)
– Upper secondary (English mail reading and writing, conversation)
Intentionality / figure of person
– Constantly looking at new things (business and IT) without my curiosity
