Responsible for Recruitment Reports, such as Capacity Utilization, Hit Ration, Cost Analysis, etc
Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.
Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
Excellent communication skills
