- Candidate shall be BE Electrical or Mechanical with 12 to 17 year experience as a Maintenance Head.
- Jobs will be maintenance of Genset, Air-Conditioner unit, Electrical Panels, Transformer, Smooth running of facilities services in Apartments.
- To carried out maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation & inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues. Checking electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.
- Knowledge of Office administration & securities procedures.
- Attain to Details & high level of accuracy and precision.
- Good Computer skills including word, excel & MS outlook.
- Salary Rs. 1,00,000 to Rs. 1,25000 Per Month
