Position Overview:
The position would be reporting to the Manager / Senior Manager — Human Resources. HR_Talent Acquisition resource will work closely with our business managers to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. To be successful in this role, he should have a HR academic background and experience in screening and evaluating candidates. Candidates should also be knowledgeable about labor legislation. The ideal candidate is who is able to make effective decisions quickly.

Duties and Responsibilities
Job Duties and Base Skill-set:
The purpose of HR_Talent Acquisition is to oversee their company’s recruitment process in its entirety and managing the full recruitment process from taking a job brief, sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates face to face, arranging interviews and handling job offers

Recruitment Operations
• Lining up of candidates as per the requirements and the job description at hand
• Conduct job interviews to ensure candidates skills and qualification match the job requirements
• Act as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
• Minimize cost incurred in a recruitment process
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads
• Keep track of recruiting metrics on a day to day basis
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
• Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees
• Ensuring monthly Recruitment MIS reports are updated and kept in order
• Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
• Research and choose job advertising options
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
• Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform managers about changes in regulations
• Participate in job fairs and career events
• Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
• Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
• Ensures recruiting processes align with current and future workforce needs
• Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
• Perform other special projects as assigned.
Education and Experience

• Excellent oral and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Job Interviewing Skills
• Microsoft Excel Skills
• Proven work experience as HR_Talent Acquisition
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
• Knowledge of labour legislations
• Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
• Strong decision-making skills
• Bachelors/master’s in human resources management
• 2 — 3 years of experience in a recruitment role
