Voice support, B2B.
Designation offered : Technical Support Associate
Supporting businesses across the globe.
Designing, Implementation and Administration of MS Exchange server 2007, 2010, 2013.
Migration from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 & Exchange 2013.
Good General Administration Concepts.
Backup and disaster recovery.
Routing/Mail Flow and Set up Installation concepts.
Troubleshoot issues at both the client (Microsoft outlook) and server side.
Exposure to exchange hybrid environment.
Experience of Exchange Server (2007, 2010, 2013) with active directory.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / UG with minimum 1-year relevant work experience.
Experience (Server Support i.e. Exchange/ Office 365 / Windows / Active Directory).
Good communication skills as work role involves call handling.
Flexible working in 24/7 shifts (5 days working, rotational week-offs).
Financial Service Agreement: Please inform all the candidates that they have to sign a financial Service Agreement of 150,000/-(Mandatory) for 12 months.

HR Round (Telephonic / F2F).
Final Round (Panel interview with Operations Manager & Technical Lead).

1. Kenexa (Typing, Customer Service Scenario, Data Entry, Listening skills).
2. Written Test (two Parts (Fundamental test & Advance technical test; 40 questions).
