Internship And JOB with Recruitment Consultants includes – Shortlisting candidates through online portals- Searching Candidates on Social media platforms- Contacting candidates and screening them as per Job requirement- Aligning interested candidates with Companies- Follow up with clients for scheduling interview- Taking feedback from client and candidate- Following with client and candidate until final closure i.e. candidates go on board with the client- Also acting outsourced HR to the client ( which includes creating offer letter, issuing offer letter, Salary calculation. etc.)
