Complex Case Analyst provides support to clients around the claim adjudication
process as it relates to claim follow up, denials, corrections, appeals and remittance tracking. By reviewing
and resolving issues reported by our clients and internal stakeholders, Issue Resolution works to impact
process gaps across Operations to optimize processes and prevent future issues. Candidates should
thrive on problem solving complex issues and improving the client experience through high quality issue
reduction and prevention. Candidates should also possess attention to detail and accountability for their
responsibilities which will include trending of data and proposing process solutions.
