-Making the strategies to sell products across different platforms
-Executing the plans and strategies to increase the sell.
Key areas of responsibility
-Sales Growth – metric to measure the pace at which sales revenue is increasing or decreasing. Current value of sales during the current time and previous period.
-Revenue per salesperson. Amount of sales generated by an individual
-Frequency of sales transaction – How often does salesperson make a sale
-Actual sales vs forecast sales – How accurate is sales forecast
-Customer purchase Frequency-Loyalty – Level of repeat buyers
-Average client growth over a period of time – (Month – Year)
-Hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
-Average order (Sometimes called average market basket)
-Average margin
-Conversion rate
-Support and share process knowledge with sales executives during live issues.
-In absence of team lead take handover and manage daily work in team.
-Maintain contact with IT department to ensure system security.
-Shopping cart abandonment rate
-New customer orders versus returning customer sales
-Total available market relative to a retailer’s share of market
-Regularly monitor eCommerce sites’ activities and report any situation that appears out of the norm to immediate supervisor.
-Product affinity (which products are purchased together)
-Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
-Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
-Maintain working knowledge of best practices in e-commerce marketing.
Salary: 16000-18000/pm
