Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English.
The ability to remain calm in emergencies or when dealing with difficult passengers.
Visible tattoos and piercings are strongly discouraged.
Greeting passengers as they board and exit the plane.
Assisting passengers to their seats and providing special attention to passengers Eg: elderly or disabled.
Administering first aid dealing with emergencies.
