Job Function Description
Positions in this function are responsible for providing counseling telephonically or onsite for behavioral health and employee
assistance services. Includes assessment and triage, short-term problem resolution, and referrals. Conduct resiliency training during on-boarding and refresher trainings as needed; Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with personnel (similar to a standard EAP call but in person) occurring quarterly with drop-ins as needed or requested.; Attend standing meetings with Management; Prepare monthly reports; Conduct wellness assessments throughout and agents tenure with the program; Facilitate monthly group sessions / seminars around mental health and awareness topics.
